How do I connect the VEPAY payment system?
Leave a request on the website, sign the contract and connect one of the integration methods: a payment link, the widget or the API. The sandbox is available immediately after client registration.
How do I track payments?
All operations are visible in the merchant dashboard in real time: statuses, amounts and details. For automation, use webhook notifications or status polling via the API.
How secure are the payments?
The platform is PCI DSS certified, transactions are protected by 3-D Secure, and anti-fraud monitoring runs around the clock. Card data is never stored on the merchant side.
How does the 54-FZ online cash register work?
Receipts are generated automatically when the payment status changes and are forwarded to the fiscal operator. You do not need to buy hardware — leased equipment on our side is used.
What about disputed transactions?
To dispute an operation or get a refund, contact support with the payment ID. We will help prepare documents for the chargeback procedure.
Can I accept donations?
Yes — payment links and the widget work for donations: organisers receive funds on their bank account per the settlement schedule.
