Client onboarding flow

Connecting to the VEPAY payment system takes 3 business days after the full document package is provided. The partner interacts with the payment platform through the merchant dashboard with appropriate access rights.

Creating test access

1. The client’s website request reaches the sales department
2. Talks with the client (email / Telegram), clarifying the data
3. Sending the contract and documents, awaiting signed scans
4. Passing the request to the IT department to create test access
5. Creating the account and merchant dashboard credentials

Creating production access

1. Complete the test access steps
2. Send the document package to the acquiring bank
3. Pass the bank’s compliance review
4. Switch to production keys after approval
