Invoking the payment form (widget)
The payment form (widget) is the fastest way to accept a payment: the VEPAY form opens on your page, the buyer enters card details and confirms the payment. Card data is processed by VEPAY and does not pass through your server — simplifying PCI DSS compliance.
How to connect
- Receive your merchant ID and API keys after onboarding
- Create a transaction on your server and get the payment link
- Pass the link to the widget or redirect the buyer to it
- Receive a webhook about the payment status and show the result
The minimal integration is a redirect to the payment link — no client-side code required. Use the widget when keeping the buyer on your page matters.
